Customer Success Business Manager

At Digi SmartSense, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Business Manager to drive strategic customer growth and adoption of our innovative IoT solutions. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of client industries and technical expertise to drive win-win success for our customers and the company.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive adoption, utilization, and renewal of our products.
- Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help customers achieve specific business results aligned with desired goals.
- Analyze and resolve product adoption issues, escalating customer concerns and product needs appropriately.
To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess excellent project management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and MS Office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $81,000 - $126,500 per year, depending on relevant experience, education, skills, and primary work location. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a short-term incentive program, new hire stock award, paid parental leave, open PTO, and hybrid work environment.
