Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a background in HR or Customer Success to spearhead our Client Growth initiative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored success plans to help clients achieve their goals and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Foster long-lasting partnerships by being the go-to contact for our clients across the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to set and exceed KPIs and performance goals.
