About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Team Player to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of mabl solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the effective use of mabl solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling mabl solutions

About You:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
