Becoming a senior customer success manager at BitSight means transforming cyber risk management for companies and their third parties. With over a decade of innovation driving our integrated solutions, you'll be at the forefront of delivering value across enterprise security, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.
In this role, you'll become a power user of our products, onboard customers, and engage with users to create relationships and generate value. Building relationships with stakeholders, mitigating churn, and collaborating internally to advocate for customers and drive improvements are key aspects of this position.
We're seeking a professional with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with excellent planning and organizational skills. Proven experience managing high-volume customer relationships and engagements, with experience working with sales and customer-facing teams is required.

With an anticipated hiring base salary range of US$85,000 to $105,000 annually for US-based employees, this role comes with a competitive bonus or commission plan and equity grant eligibility.
