Customer Success Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to drive long-term strategic relationships with our customers, ensuring successful product use and retention.
About the Role:In this critical position, you'll focus on adoption, growth opportunities, and account management across a high volume of Datadog customers. You'll be an advocate for the customer internally, prioritizing a positive experience for multiple accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Identify target opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships with customers and focusing on retention.
- Manage requests from your book of business, such as technical support escalations, billing questions, and documentation/enablement requests.
- Pivot account management strategy based on different customer requirements and needs.
- Act as an advisor to customers, ensuring they leverage the solution effectively.
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates.
