Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing orders from our national advertisers.
- Maintaining regular communication with the National Sales Manager, National Agencies, and various departments within the organization.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and Nielsen ratings.
- Organizing and overseeing schedules effectively.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Broadcast Sales, media buying, or agency work is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
