Regional Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Relevante, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Wireless Services Company in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer sales/business development and administrative roles.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
