Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in a designated territory. This individual will lead a team of Territory Sales Managers, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Cultivate and manage distribution and wholesale partnerships to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and build relationships
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints to maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinate with other sales teams and departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership or account management experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
