Enterprise Sales Executive

Motive is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with our largest prospects.

About the Role:
  • Develop and close business with Motive's largest prospects
  • Sell into the most impactful companies in North America that power the physical economy
  • Lead the charge in selling the value of our products and the business outcomes that can be achieved in partnership with Motive

You will work closely with our Go-to-Market team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop key executive relationships within key prospects to drive expansion of that business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and win new Enterprise business through developing key executive relationships
  • Harness key Executive relationships to ensure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business
  • Partner with the balance of your account team to optimize buying decisions
  • Resolve problems and implement best available solutions
  • Work with technical resources to display the power of integrations and our partner ecosystem
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
About You:
  • Deep Enterprise sales experience partnering with F1000 clients
  • 4+ years of SaaS or industry relevant Enterprise field sales experience required
  • Telematics, SaaS, and Logistics experience a plus
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your book over time
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • History of working independently with a data-driven mindset
  • Best-in-class communication skills
