Position Overview

This role is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients in alignment with Peoples Bank policies. Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts, processing transactions, promoting bank products and services, assisting clients with maintenance requests, and resolving service issues. This position plays a crucial role in helping the branch achieve its objectives while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Build and maintain the customer base, ensuring timely and responsive communication.
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality and trust.
  • Engage customers to identify their needs and refer them to appropriate associates.
  • Maintain accurate balancing and error records, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Process deposits and verify transaction details.
  • Adhere to operational standards for security and compliance.
  • Complete all required training on bank policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales referral goals while maintaining product knowledge.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct outreach to clients and prospects to meet branch calling goals.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; one to two years of relevant experience or training.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Basic Requirements
