Role Summary: As a Guest Services Coordinator at Eximius Associates, your primary responsibility will be to oversee guest interactions and manage transactions with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Duties:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Oversee reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
  • Accurately and securely manage cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Process transactions, including bookings, payments, and refunds.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and cashier area.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
  • Address guest complaints and issues with professionalism, seeking resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as necessary, including managing guest lists and checking in attendees.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support both hosting and cashiering functions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a hosting, cashiering, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are advantageous.
