Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to provide a lively and enjoyable atmosphere tailored to their unique needs.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including:
- Specialty coffee drinks (lattes, espressos, frappes, etc.)
- Signature cocktails and mocktails for eligible team members.
- Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawers accurately.
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out for services and products.
- Assess guest needs promptly and offer proactive solutions.
- Perform daily opening and closing tasks.

- Adhere to company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
