Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, focusing on both productivity and exceptional guest service. This position involves:

  • Overseeing daily front desk activities to guarantee a high level of efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments, key distribution, and payment processing.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest-reported issues promptly.
  • Calculating guest bills, processing payments, and providing change as necessary.
  • Training and ensuring that all front desk staff are well-versed in emergency protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or possession of a General Education Degree (GED).
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations is required.
