Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle online and telephone bookings
- Inform guests about payment options and validate their credit card information
- Register guests while collecting essential details (such as contact information and stay duration)
- Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our hotel, available accommodations, pricing, and amenities
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, organized, and well-equipped for guest needs
- Confirm group bookings and arrange tailored services for VIP guests and event participants
- Promote additional services and amenities when suitable
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments
Essential Skills
- Previous experience as a Guest Services Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (experience with SynXis Central Reservations is a plus)
- Understanding of travel planning platforms such as Booking and TripAdvisor
- Strong customer service orientation
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- A degree in hospitality management is advantageous
