Position Summary: The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for enhancing sales and boosting profitability by nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new clientele within the designated region. This role is pivotal in promoting our product offerings, delivering technical assistance, and providing training to both new and returning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to refine territory plans and establish sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Assess sales potential for both new and current customers through research and observation.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of our products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits as necessary to assess client needs and provide tailored services.

Customer Engagement:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing client requirements.
  • Enhance the customer base by discovering and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure profitability.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training on product features and benefits to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity, with experience in industrial sales and wholesale distribution.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Additional Information:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • This position may involve travel as part of the role.
