Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Shop renewals, assist with policy changes, and collect insurance documentation from clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance policies and coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty License is required within six months of the hire date.
  • At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience is required.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
