As a Business Development Manager at MSR Technology Group, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves a blend of account development and maintenance, as well as employee/customer relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have a background in outside sales, preferably in the services space. A strong hunter with the skills to farm is what we're looking for. If you have experience in staffing or IT staffing, that's a big plus.
The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to traditional benefits such as health & dental, you will receive long and short-term disability, and the tools you need to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop a professional network of relevant contacts and nurture those relationships to drive revenue by analyzing client needs and closing business.
- Communicate information on client activity to internal staff.
- Work closely with candidates to prepare them for client interaction & interviews
- Transition new consultants from assignment start and provide ongoing support while on assignment.
- Serve as a liaison between MSR Technology Group associates and client stakeholders.
