We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Fintech Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and implementing effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with our team to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to drive growth. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new revenue streams, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.

As a Fintech Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your creativity and skills can shine. We offer a competitive salary of $47,500 base, with an estimated OTE of $85K in year one and $120K in year two. Unlimited commission, medical, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited paid time off, the latest Apple tech, and a'Dam Program for visiting us in Amsterdam for 2-4 weeks every year are also included.
