Regional Business Development Manager

A Place for Mom is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Overland Park, United States. As a key contributor to our Welcome Advisors team, you will be responsible for leading a remote call-center team of 12-15 sales professionals, driving sales activity and executing market growth strategies to increase family move-ins to our Community Customers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience successfully leading a sales team to exceed KPIs and sales targets. You will be responsible for setting and achieving monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives, as well as preparing and reporting on market performance to Senior Leadership.
