Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to understand our business goals and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, prospecting, and networking
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
* Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
