Business Development Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of facility solutions, seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and its needs. They will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients, managing the sales process, and closing deals.
This is a base salary + commissions position, with uncapped earning potential. The estimated annual salary range is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients using our CRM system.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Utilize our network of independent contractors to deliver high-quality services.
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
