**Job Description:** Community Sales Coordinator

The Community Sales Coordinator role at DRB Group focuses on engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing electronic marketing efforts to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet or exceed conversion targets monthly by effectively managing leads and scheduling appointments
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assess lead's needs and schedule appointments to facilitate smooth sales processes
  • Offer information about the community and surrounding area to potential customers
  • Communicate appointment details to leads in a timely and efficient manner
  • Audit and update community web pages to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Manage electronic marketing efforts to promote the community and drive sales
  • Track metrics and report regularly to measure sales performance
