Job Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will engage with our service drive clients to clarify our vehicle buyback program while ensuring they receive a remarkable experience and an accurate proposal for their current vehicle. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Business Development Center (BDC) team by managing leads generated from customer inquiries regarding vehicles.

  • No automotive experience is required; we offer comprehensive training for your success.
  • Flexible work schedules available, with the latest shift ending at 5:30 PM.
  • Enjoy Sundays off, along with rotating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests in the service area and discuss their vehicle needs.
  • Detail our buyback process and assess customer interest in upgrading their vehicle.
  • Prepare proposals for customers.
  • Gather necessary information and collaborate with the service and sales teams throughout the buyback process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers via phone, text, and email.
  • Review daily appointments and develop an action plan.
  • Provide product information and connect customers with the appropriate dealership personnel.
  • Assist the BDC team as needed.
  • Respond to incoming leads during BDC coverage.
  • Engage in team development sessions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Utilize CRM systems daily for tracking.
  • Complete all assigned campaign calling tasks.
  • Schedule appointments with guests as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience in follow-up or prospecting is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software.
