- Ensures a seamless customer journey by leveraging technology for transactions, locating sizes and colors, and placing orders for out-of-stock items.
Collaboration & Communication
- Develops constructive relationships with colleagues; seeks assistance when necessary and actively supports others.
- Engages in the sharing and acquisition of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling insights to inspire customers.
- Enhances team morale by participating in store initiatives and recognizing peers and leaders through internal communication channels.
- Provides valuable feedback regarding customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership.
Visual Merchandising & Operational Duties
- Recognizes their impact on service and sales during each shift to positively influence the store's performance.
- Assists in the shipment process to stay informed about new and restocked products; contributes to fulfilling omni-channel orders while maintaining floor stock levels.
- Upholds the company's visual and operational standards while prioritizing customer focus; stays updated on merchandising changes.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about the Anthropologie brand.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Starting from USD $14.00 per hour.
