  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression of our company.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide helpful information to callers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with maintaining office security and visitor logs, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks such as copying, data entry, and other clerical duties.
  • Handle mail and outgoing shipments efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Educational Requirements and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a strong foundation in business administration and customer service.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with clerical procedures, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
