- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Offer helpful information to callers and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining office security and visitor logs to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks such as copying, data entry, and other clerical duties.
- Handle mail and outgoing shipments efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Educational Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
