Job Summary

Path Construction is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project management team in Arlington Heights, IL. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and estimators, including maintaining files, creating and updating Excel spreadsheets, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as ordering office supplies, shipping packages, and collaborating on special projects.
  • Develop agendas for events, help plan Path events, and maintain contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Support the accounting department, prepare executive correspondence, and run errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
