Job Summary:

Concordia University St. Paul is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Athletic Department during game days. As a Game Day Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Athletic Director: Provide administrative support to the Athletic Director, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Event Setup and Takedown: Assist with the setup and takedown of event venues, including the installation and removal of equipment and supplies.
  • Ticketing and Security: Assist with ticket sales, will-call, and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for attendees.
  • Administration of Events: Assist with the coordination and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Officials and Clerical Support: Provide support to officials, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to attendees, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during events, including issues related to logistics, security, and customer service.
