About the Role

FLORES is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Securing New Business and Closing Sales: Identify and research potential clients through various platforms, secure new business and close sales in alignment with customer success and company targets, conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients, develop, review, and report on the sales strategy, and close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing tactics and plans, participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth, and provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Networking: Attend networking events to identify and pursue new business opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking events, and build and maintain a repository of potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, work directly with the Director of BD & onboarding Manager to ensure smooth integration of services, assist with the coordination and promotion of FLORES client events, understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs, and conduct presentations and demonstrations of company services to potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide pipeline and revenue target reports to the Director of Business Development, maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and use CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage sales processes.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop and implement strategies to increase market share, monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly, and provide support to new clients, ensuring quality standards and general transactional satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Exhibit project management experience and the ability to work with status dashboards, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, research leveraging resources and channels of information as appropriate to gain insight on client needs, and perform other duties as assigned.
