Overview:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating revenue through the acquisition of new client service agreements for FLORES. This position is directly accountable for achieving revenue targets and securing new business opportunities. The Sales Associate is essential in fostering long-term client relationships and crafting strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and excel in sales performance.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development (DBD) to ensure FLORES maintains its position as a leader in the industry.

New Business Acquisition and Sales Closure:
- Identify and investigate potential clients through various channels (online networking, referrals, etc.).
- Secure new business and finalize sales in alignment with customer success and company objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Develop, evaluate, and report on the sales strategy.
- Finalize new business agreements by developing and negotiating contracts.
- Understand pricing structures to effectively meet both business and client needs.
- Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for FLORES and potential clients.

Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies.
- Engage in marketing campaigns and initiatives to stimulate sales growth.
- Provide insights to the marketing team based on client interactions and market dynamics.

Networking:
- Attend networking functions to identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold outreach and networking events.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and industry contacts.
- Uphold a strong FLORES presence on social media platforms.

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate directly with the Director of BD & Onboarding Manager to ensure seamless service integration.
- Assist in coordinating and promoting FLORES client events.
- Understand client requirements and customize services accordingly.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of company offerings to potential clients.
- Under-promise and over-deliver, ensuring FLORES' platinum service standard in all interactions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide pipeline and revenue target reports to the Director of Business Development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales processes.
- Develop client progress reports and maintain regular communication regarding status updates and needs across departments.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Customer Service:
- Support new clients, ensuring quality standards and overall satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys.
- Maintain knowledge of HR and Accounting principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

Project Management:
- Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to work with status dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Research and leverage resources to gain insights into client needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Travel as required.
