ROLE OVERVIEW

The Eyebrow Waxing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales for the Benefit brand by engaging with clients to assess their unique needs. This position involves assisting clients in selecting and purchasing products while performing essential services such as eyebrow and facial waxing and tinting.

Representing the brand's image and culture, the Specialist collaborates with the Experience Manager to enhance performance metrics, guest satisfaction, and adherence to operational standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve or surpass sales and service targets set for the Benefit brand.
  • Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting and engaging every client, tailoring services to their preferences.
  • Conduct makeup applications, skincare assessments, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and client experiences.
  • Perform short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, tinting, and threading, following all company policies.
  • Utilize appointment scheduling systems to manage client bookings effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports team members and clients alike.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal clientele.
  • Collaborate with brand partners and salon professionals to ensure high-quality service.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Brow Bar and other assigned areas.
  • Communicate supply needs promptly to management to ensure readiness for client services.
  • Participate in inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Valid cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment necessary for technical services.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The role requires continuous mobility, standing, and the ability to lift and move objects as necessary.
