PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the Direct-to-Consumer channel and provide top-notch customer service
  • Accurately create, edit, and maintain customer information, orders, and invoices
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Measure customer requirements for specific product orders and educate customers on product features, benefits, lead times, and pricing
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize the sales process and communicate customer feedback and product concerns to relevant departments
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail and highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with QuickBooks and E-Commerce a plus
