Position Overview

Required: Property & Casualty insurance license. Our esteemed Farmers Insurance agency, led by Michael Clinkenbeard, is seeking a self-assured and driven individual eager for a rewarding career opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector, with a solid understanding of homeowners insurance. Experience with Farmers Insurance is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate homeowners insurance policies and discuss potential increases.
  • Issue new policies through Farmers and other carriers as necessary.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding policy modifications and additions.
  • Provide support to walk-in clients with their questions.
  • Present the range of insurance products available to both new and existing clients.
  • Review policy changes with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet agency objectives.

Qualifications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining follow-through and follow-up.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive demeanor.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • On-site work is required.
  • Ability to handle customer objections with professionalism.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in the insurance field is necessary.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory. (Experience with Farmers Insurance is preferred.)
