Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and setting up jobs for our installation crew, making and ordering parts for jobs sold in the field, and using effective appointment setting and closing skills to build and provide client estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and set up jobs for our installation crew
  • Make and order parts for jobs sold in the field
  • Use effective appointment setting and closing skills to build and provide client estimates
  • Communicate and provide detailed information to help our clients and team stay informed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of plumbing sales experience
  • Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 75 lbs. and work at various heights and in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to keep your company truck clean and maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team, both written and verbally
  • Ability to provide exceptional service while helping others
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Strong work ethic, desire to succeed and is coachable and trainable
  • Demonstrates integrity and organizational skills
  • Possess an engaging and enthusiastic personality that thrives in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
