Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate homeowners policies and discuss potential adjustments.
  • Issue new policies through Farmers and other providers if necessary.
  • Assist incoming calls with policy inquiries and vehicle additions.
  • Support walk-in clients with their questions as required.
  • Present and review insurance products with both new and existing clients.
  • Discuss policy modifications with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet agency objectives.

Qualifications
  • Adept at multitasking, with strong follow-through and follow-up abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive demeanor, able to work well with others.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Work on-site in our office environment.
  • Capable of managing customer objections effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the insurance field.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (Experience with Farmers Insurance is preferred.)
