Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program management initiatives.
  • Provide support for portfolio, program, and project activities.
  • Drive business process enhancements.
  • Manage release and deployment processes.
  • Address gaps within the Release Train Coordination.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Active participation in the RTE Community of Practice to enhance alignment and improve practices.
  • Facilitate ART Retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the RTE community to enhance coordination across Agile Release Trains.
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of release planning for the ART.
  • Support Scrum Masters within the ART.
  • Facilitate initiatives that span multiple release trains.
  • Coach the Agile Release Train in implementing Agile methodologies.
  • Lead projects impacting the ART as necessary.
  • Assist in realizing the product vision.
  • Encourage team ownership of products and processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Project/Program Manager.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team support.
  • Experience in Agile environments utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications (A-CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar certifications.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software delivery.
  • Familiarity with Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking in large organizations.
  • Experience in Lean Portfolio Management at various organizational levels.
