At The Center for Fully Functional Health, a cutting-edge Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa, we are dedicated to providing our patients with hope and healing. We are seeking a dedicated team member to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients at the front desk, as well as engage with potential patients regarding our offerings.

Success in this role requires a proactive approach and a positive demeanor. Our practice is dynamic and multifaceted, offering a wide array of services and treatment options, ensuring that your workdays are diverse and fulfilling. You will receive comprehensive training, clear guidelines, and supportive leadership that values constructive feedback over micromanagement.

This position is based in our office, requiring 36 hours of work per week, Monday through Thursday. We offer paid time off, complimentary MedSpa services, and an extensive benefits package. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a primary representative of the CFFH practice, interacting with patients in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all services, pricing structures, and promotional offerings
  • Providing prompt and consistent assistance to patients in person, over the phone, or via direct messaging
  • Educating patients about services and treatment options, identifying sales opportunities when appropriate
  • Coordinating patient appointments and processing payments as necessary
  • Exhibiting problem-solving skills with a positive and solution-focused mindset

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in patient sales. Familiarity with Mac OS and Google Office Suite is advantageous. However, we are open to training the right candidate who meets the other qualifications, as passion for the role is paramount.
