Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and engage in various administrative tasks, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and management.
2. Supervise a team of Caregivers who provide essential support to individuals in our programs.
3. Assist individuals with daily living activities, which may include meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
4. Balance your time between direct support, professional responsibilities, and supervisory duties.
5. Encourage community engagement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation for various activities.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance are necessary.
- Other certifications or licenses as mandated by regulatory authorities.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and those we serve.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain staffing and scheduling.
