Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively participate in the RTE Community of Practice to foster alignment and enhance quality practices
  • Facilitate ART retrospectives to promote continuous improvement in backlog management and project reviews
  • Collaborate with the RTE community to enhance cross-train coordination
  • Coordinate release planning efforts for the Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Lead Scrum Masters within the ART teams
  • Manage initiatives that span multiple release trains
  • Coach the Agile Release Train in the adoption of Agile methodologies
  • Support the execution of product vision and team commitments
  • Empower teams to take ownership of their products and processes

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of applicable experience
  • At least 4 years in a role as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Project/Program Manager
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Lean methodologies
  • Demonstrated servant leadership and effective communication skills
  • Ability to listen, support problem-solving, and foster a respectful and open environment
  • Experience in Agile environments utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications (A-CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar certifications
  • Strong technical skills with experience in leading software delivery teams
  • Familiarity with Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking in large organizations
  • Experience in Lean Portfolio Management at various organizational levels
