Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Scheduling and Registration: Schedule patient appointments, register patients, and confirm demographic data on registration systems.
  • Insurance and Billing: Obtain insurance cards, verify patient information, and coordinate benefits with insurance companies.
  • Payment Collection and Posting: Collect patient payments, post payments in the system, and reconcile receipts.
  • Medical Records Management: Prepare medical records for patient appointments, scan medical records as required, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, respond to phone calls, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
