Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist participants in developing personalized program plans. This role involves managing a caseload and ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures as directed by the Program Director. You will utilize evidence-based practices to foster positive interactions with participants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored programs for participants, establishing measurable goals and timelines.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of participant progress and adjust plans as necessary to promote life skills for successful community reintegration.
  • Support participants in creating personal budgets, finding suitable housing, and enrolling in educational and vocational programs.
  • Facilitate participant orientation to ensure smooth integration into the program.
  • Maintain confidential participant files to support case analysis and program planning.
  • Verify participants' compliance with pass plans to ensure accountability.
  • Prepare terminal reports summarizing program performance upon participant release.
  • Engage in staff meetings to share insights and contribute to team problem-solving.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to participants and staff.
  • Monitor compliance with required counseling and report any program violations.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new participants, explaining program rules and responsibilities.
  • Establish participant schedules and approve activity changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification in substance abuse or domestic violence preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with community corrections systems and practices.
  • Understanding of workforce needs and available public and private resources.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear reports.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer use and relevant software.
