Operations Leadership Program (OLP)

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a comprehensive training program designed to develop the next generation of leaders within Givaudan Fragrances. The program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within the company.

Program Overview
  • The OLP is a 12-month program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities.
  • Participants will be assigned multiple rotations to provide them with a strong understanding of all areas critical to the Operations function.
  • Rotational opportunities may include: Production, Quality Control, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Regional Engineering, and Quality/Industrialization.
  • Cross Functional Opportunities will focus on developing basic cross-functional exposure to other key areas within the business, outside of the manufacturing/production area.
  • Project Management: Participants will be given projects to either manage or participate in throughout the program.
  • Leadership Development: Involves the transition of the participant into a leadership role within Givaudan Fragrances. Participants will begin developing advanced people leadership skills and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all efforts related to the tactical day-to-day operation of the department.
  • International Rotation: A wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the global community that is Givaudan Fragrances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree within Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Must be willing to relocate for assignments located at other Givaudan Fragrances sites.
  • Must be willing to complete an international rotational assignment.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience.
