The Spa Coordinator ensures that the daily operations of the Beyond Day Spa are in accordance with established Beyond Day Spa protocols and HUMC policy and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all aspects of the computer system including daily and monthly operations and reports.
- Maintains and coordinates physicians' referral system.
- Maintains daily schedule.
- Coordinates payments, daily deposits, obtains necessary assistance for cash/credit card system as needed, and maintains balance sheet and petty cash.
- Acts as a liaison between clients and staff escorting guests to appropriate treatment areas and therapists.
- Assists clients with the sale of retail products.
- Coordinates any correspondence/brochures to clients regarding treatments.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Previous spa or salon experience
- Proficient in computer reservation software.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of social media advertising.
