Senior Human Resources Leader

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the HR function as Vice President, HR. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership to the HR team and develop strategic direction for the organization's HR business practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall leadership to the HR staff and direct the HR functions for talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and workforce business analytics.
- Lead the organization's initiatives supporting Anti-Racism and Social Justice, and exhibit behaviors that reflect the LSS mission and commitment to Trustworthiness.
- Collaborate with the CEO's Cabinet and executive team to advance the organization's multi-year objectives for service innovation and delivery, improving health outcomes, and strengthening its commitment to Social Justice.
- Education: BA or MBA, degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations or Business Administration desired.
- Work Experience: At least 7 years' experience as a senior leader with responsibility for leading the HR function in areas of legal compliance, staffing/recruitment, compensation planning and analysis, benefit planning, learning and development, and knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems.
