- Participate in sprint teams and perform tasks associated with the selected sprint backlog with direct accountability for completion of tasks in the given time frame and with available resources.
- Respond to escalated Service Now tickets with reported issues, questions, and tasks, researching issues to determine root cause and solutions, documenting responses and issue resolution.
- Write and run standard and ad hoc data reports, creating reports, conducting analysis/presentation of targeted data to facilitate analysis, interpretation, and decision making relative to HR processes, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain process/system documentation, work standards, tip sheets, etc. related to HR systems and supported processes, and provide ongoing technical support and training for users.
