Job Title: Senior Director of Human Resources

As a key member of the Collective Measures team, you will play a vital role in shaping the organizational culture and driving business success through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and impartiality.
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, and onboarding.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Drive DE&I initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • People Operations: Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Staff Training and Development: Design and implement training programs that support employee growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR experience commensurate in those areas of study
  • Marketing agency and/or professional service company experience preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, DE&I, and benefits management or commensurate professional training
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
