Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and engagement of the People who create unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment and staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers.
- Serve as the 'voice of the people' in all senior leadership discussions.
- Ensure all Levy and legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage workforce planning to build capability and optimize performance.
- Develop, implement, and support a retention strategy for a specific partner.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation training for new team members.
- Lead efforts around employee engagement and retention at the location.
- Coach team managers to understand business information and the key performance levers.
- Drive incremental improvements to performance using robust analysis and benchmarking.
- Experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
- Experience leading remote teams is preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
