Job Summary

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and engagement of the People who create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment and staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the people' in all senior leadership discussions.
  • Ensure all Levy and legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage workforce planning to build capability and optimize performance.
  • Develop, implement, and support a retention strategy for a specific partner.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation training for new team members.
  • Lead efforts around employee engagement and retention at the location.
  • Coach team managers to understand business information and the key performance levers.
  • Drive incremental improvements to performance using robust analysis and benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
  • Experience leading remote teams is preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
