We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Peace Coffee. As a strategic business partner, you will collaborate with our management team to develop and execute HR plans that drive business results and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute employee onboarding and training programs
- Lead employee relations and retention initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and retention
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
