Position Overview:
As a key member of the Mayor's Office of Older Adult Affairs and Advocacy, the Senior Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Director in various administrative and operational functions. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving services for older adults.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions.
4. Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies.
5. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
