Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Oversee projects with a focus on sectors such as Real Estate, Highrise, Tenant Improvement, Mission Critical, Life Sciences, and Building Infrastructure, depending on the candidate's expertise.
Manage project scope, client interactions, scheduling, and financial oversight.
Evaluate company processes and contribute to improvements.
Guide and develop junior project managers to achieve independence in similar project types.


Staff Development:
Serve as a technical mentor for team members.
Implement quality control reviews to reinforce technical standards and company procedures.

Conduct internal peer reviews and contribute to multi-discipline project assessments to enhance design quality.

Perform reviews prior to major project submissions.
Provide constructive feedback on individual performance and growth potential.

Organizational Management:
Analyze workforce projections and align them with staffing needs.
Identify opportunities to adjust design schedules in accordance with team capacity.
Promote a culture of ownership and accountability throughout the organization.
Engage with leadership regularly to advance the firm’s growth and quality objectives.

Business Development Support:
Recognize potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to establish fees for complex projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Expand the office's market presence and sector volume.

Qualifications:
A minimum of eight years of experience in engineering consulting or a related field (construction, owner's representative, etc.)
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline
PE license is preferred
Strong technical writing abilities
Familiarity with building codes
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
Knowledge of sustainable certification programs
